Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Please contact us before sending anything back.

Non-returnable items

• Used pet beds

• Items with pet hair, stains, or odors

• Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified if the refund is approved.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours if you received a damaged or incorrect item.
Include photos + order number. We will replace it at no additional cost.
